Introduction to Property Management

This course provides an overview of the field and describes the major functions of property managers. Its emphasis is on real-life  practice, not theories. Property manager responsibilities include setting and collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, filling vacant units and potentially setting the budget for the property.  Property management is a highly specialized but rapidly growing sector of the Real Estate profession.
