Real Estate Salesperson

The Real Estate Salesperson course provides the foundational knowledge and training required to become a licensed real estate professional in the State of New York. This course covers the fundamental principles of real estate practice, property ownership, agency relationships, contract law, and the legal and ethical obligations of real estate agents. It is fully approved by the New York State Department of State, Division of Licensing Services, and meets all current state education requirements for licensing.

Students will learn how to list, market, and sell residential and commercial properties while developing strong communication and client service skills. The program emphasizes professional conduct, fair housing compliance, and real estate mathematics. Upon successful completion, students will be qualified to take the New York State Real Estate Salesperson licensing examination and begin a rewarding career assisting clients in property transactions across New York.
