2 Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness - Online

The 2-Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness course is designed to inform construction workers, supervisors, and safety personnel about the dangers of substance abuse in the workplace. This training meets NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) and OSHA requirements for awareness education, focusing on the impact of drugs and alcohol on job performance, safety, and overall workplace culture.

Participants will learn to identify signs and symptoms of impairment, understand the legal and safety consequences, and explore prevention strategies. The course also covers employer and employee responsibilities, drug-free workplace policies, and available resources for support and rehabilitation. By promoting awareness and prevention, employers can reduce accidents and maintain a safe, productive environment.
