International Development Institute is committed to maintaining a fair and supportive learning environment. Students are encouraged to resolve concerns promptly through established procedures.
Internal Complaint Procedure
Students who have a concern or complaint should first attempt to resolve the matter informally by discussing the issue with the appropriate instructor, staff member, or school representative. If the matter is not resolved, the student should submit a formal complaint in writing to the school administration. The written complaint should clearly describe the issue, include relevant dates, and provide any supporting documentation. The school will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period of time.
